Birthday Regrets
Okay. I am turning 37. Jesus. I mean 36. I'm going crazy. Alzheimer's. Old age.

Should you live in Boston, please come to Eastern Standard, Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at the 9 PM hour to wish me a happy birthday. It will be fun.

Should you live in New York, please come to Bar Lolita, on Broome and Allen, Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at the 9 PM hour to wish me a happy birthday. It will be fun.

Your fun will ease my depression at turning old.

Thank you. It will be lovely to see you.

honestly, that happened to me when i turned 36, for most of the time i thought i was 37, then, i realised i was only 36 as my bday approached. it pissed me off that i then had to be 37, again.

heh.

Oh come now, you don't get to turn old every year. You turn old but once!

Help the aged
don't put Rick Webb in a home...

Oddly enough there is yet again another Yelp event the night of your soiree, which means I will once again, be WASTED on free booze when I pop by.

Yeah, I thought you were 36. Maybe time moves faster for you than everyone else.

We'll be there. In Boston.

shutup dude. I'm a year older than you. And I feel as young as a spring chicken! A spring chicken with mysterious stiffness in his ankles. And more salt than pepper in the ol' do.

Thanks...now I'm depressed. I'm gonna go yell at some high schol kids. You should try it. Always makes me feel better...Until they start chasing me.

Happy Birthday, Rick! I hear ya. It seems like you just turned 35; I remember that humungous list you posted that year.
I know what you mean about getting older. It sucks. But 37 is still young. We're just young spirited, so we're going to feel old chronologically, b/c we hang with younger people. plus this town is so freaking young it warps our brain.

oh wait. you are turning 36. apologies. i confuse easily in my old age.

i was at the doctor's yesterday and he asked me my age and i said, "37..no 36, 37..wait what year is it, i was born in '71 so that's ...yeah 37." you're totally not old. i'll be in Italy for your birthday but i'll drink a bottle of something red for you. my doctor actually told me that i need to start drinking more.
Happy 37th...36th birthday.
